We conduct thorough presentations on financial aid, loan enhancement and
exit interviews. The presentations on financial aid are geared towards
assisting students in identifying loan sources, meeting the requirements, as
well as keeping up with their loan repayment responsibilities.
- Pre-Claim Assistance

We utilize the pre-claim data generated by guarantee agencies
to locate borrowers who may be delinquent on their student loan obligations.
Similarly, we maintain appendix D regulations to ensure our clients'
compliance. Additional intervention steps are also implemented when
necessary to encourage repayment. Finally contacts are made with the
guarantee agencies and/or creditors concerning any erroneous information which
may exist on the data sheets.
- Cohort Appeals

We assist educational institutions by reviewing the Pre-publication Dump
and provide findings to management.

- We provide motivational speakers for workshops, graduations, conferences
and other special events.
- Early Intervention
- Timely periodical letters with a spectrum of messages ranging from
reminders to inquiry letters are sent to borrowers regarding payment schedules.
